What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment on the Every Second Counts website: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta/Connect and Maestro. We do not accept cheques, cash or payments over the phone.
Can I still order if I live outside of the UK?
Absolutely! We are happy to fulfil orders outside of the UK. Please be aware that you may be charged import duties depending on the country you are ordering from, these costs are the customer’s responsibility. Your parcel may take a little longer to arrive than UK deliveries so please bear with us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are not able to change or cancel an order once it has been entered into the system.
How much does it cost to deliver my items?

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch standard orders within 2 working days and delivery should take an extra one to two days. Dispatch is subject to availability and can take up to 7 days – we will notify you if any of the items you have purchased are unavailable or in the unlikely event we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason.
I want to be in the gym in my new gear tomorrow night?
We love that you’re so dedicated to your health and wellbeing! We offer a next day delivery service so make sure you select this option at checkout.
How do I know my order is on it’s way?
You will receive an email from our delivery company letting you know your new purchases are on their way to you.
How do I know which size I am?
Check out our size guide to help you make the decision on which one is right for you.
If you are between sizes we recommend you try the smaller size.
How do I return an item?
We hope you love your Every Second Counts purchase but if you do need to return something have a look at our returns policy here.
How do I exchange something?
Every Second Counts only offers exchanges on an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, if a different garment is desired we ask you to place this as a new order.
In the case of an exchange, please remember to state clearly on the returns form provided the item you require. Should the required piece be unavailable and provided the item is in its original unworn condition and returned with the original packaging within 7 days of notifying us, a refund will be issued.
How do I wash Every Second Counts clothing?
Each of our garments has its own washcare instructions, please be sure to read these before you put them in the washing machine. Fabric softener should never be used with technical fabrics as it inhibits the sweat wicking properties of the garment. We also recommend not putting our garments on a wash higher than 40 degrees and also advise against hand washing.
