This month we should all be eating more… Radishes!
Radishes top our list of foods to start paying more attention to this May, for both their health benefits and amazing array of flavours. They grow locally and can be picked at their height of freshness and flavour, radishes should be a staple item in your kitchen.
The crunchy and tasty radish is bursting with goodness; they are rich in fibre and contain Folic Acid, Potassium, Vitamin C, Vitamin K and B6. They can also control blood sugar levels and aid in weight loss - what’s not to love?
