With Dry January now over, we applaud all of you who have managed to avoid alcohol for a whole month! Whilst only four weeks long, staying off the booze for this short period of time will have helped you to experience weight loss, sleep better and feel more energised.
Whilst we’re partial to the odd tipple every now and again, we think taking part in Dry January is a great way to make a healthy start to the year. If you missed Dry January this year, why not try completing a dry February or March? It could be a great way to kick-start a new healthier routine.
Avoiding alcohol doesn’t mean you have to go without your favourite cocktails either! We’ve shared our favourite watermelon cooler recipe with you, that tastes as good as it looks. It’s a great treat for the weekend and also comes with a headache-free morning after too – bonus!
