Personal Trainer

Based in West London, Zoe’s passion for a healthy lifestyle goes beyond the average gym membership. After graduating from Imperial College in 2009 with a BSc in Chemistry, Zoe’s love of fitness stemmed from her own experience with a personal trainer. Amazed by the influence a professional had on her physical and mental transformation, she qualified as a PT with the aim to transform the lives of her clients through structured and intelligent training, whatever their age and fitness level.

Using strength and conditioning practices combined with Pilates, yoga, TRX, kettlebells and Crossfit, Zoe’s mission is to make exercise fun and motivating. Concentrating on functional fitness that we use in our day-to-day movements is the basis of Zoe’s varied exercise programmes to build a strong body and a focused mind. You’ll be able to spot her hard earned and inspiring bod on the Every Second Counts site.
